Payments for coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
Unused sessions remain available according to the Booking and Cancellation Policy.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
At Bydand Education Ltd., operating as BE Inglés, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools responsibly to enhance the quality, accuracy, and accessibility of our content and coaching services.
1. AI-assisted content
AI-generated text, images, or clips may appear in books, blogs, podcasts, videos, and other materials produced by Bydand Education Ltd. All final content is reviewed, edited, and approved by human staff to ensure linguistic accuracy and coherence.
2. AI in coaching sessions
During coaching sessions, platforms such as Google Meet may generate automatic summaries and transcripts. This information is used solely to:

AI may be used to optimize copy, generate creative ideas, or improve SEO (keywords, descriptions, alt text, etc.). All content is reviewed and approved by a member of the BE Inglés team prior to publication.
5. Analytics and service improvement
Aggregated and anonymized data (such as Spotify, YouTube, or website analytics) may be processed using AI-powered tools to better understand audience engagement and improve content quality. No personal coaching data is used for this purpose.
6. Data protection
Client names, voices, and personal information are never used to train AI models. All tools and processes comply with applicable confidentiality and data protection standards.

2. Registration and Payment
Clients must complete the registration process and pay applicable fees before services begin.
Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods available on our website or through our scheduling platform.
Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
3. Use of Services
BE Inglés services are designed to improve professional English communication.
Clients are expected to participate actively in sessions and complete any recommended learning activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client’s behavior disrupts sessions or violates these Terms.
4. Corporate Engagements
For corporate clients, the purchasing organization is responsible for coordinating participation of its employees or representatives in scheduled sessions or programs.
Where applicable, BE Inglés may provide progress updates or general feedback regarding participation and learning outcomes.
The structure, scope, reporting arrangements, and payment terms of corporate engagements may be defined in separate written agreements between BE Inglés and the corporate client.
5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

6. Limitation of Liability
BE Inglés shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Ontario, Canada where Bydand Education Ltd. is registered.
Booking, Punctuality, and Cancellation Policy
At BE Inglés, we understand that flexibility is important. At the same time, we respect the time of our instructors and clients. The following policy helps ensure that sessions run smoothly and that everyone receives the best possible learning experience.
Booking Sessions
All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the booking system.
Session availability depends on the instructor’s calendar. While we do our best to accommodate preferred times, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions as early as possible to secure their preferred time.
Cancellations with at Least 12 Hours’ Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled once, subject to instructor availability.
Rescheduled sessions should normally take place within the following week whenever possible.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If a session is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, or if the client does not attend the session, the session will be considered used and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
If a client does not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show.
In these cases, the session will count as completed.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
We recommend joining the session on time and being ready to begin promptly.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If an extraordinary circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible arrangements.

Session Recordings and Transcripts
