Refund Policy

Payments for coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

Unused sessions remain available according to the Booking and Cancellation Policy.

If a payment was made in error or an exceptional circumstance arises, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

At Bydand Education Ltd., operating as BE Inglés, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools responsibly to enhance the quality, accuracy, accessibility, and personalization of our content and coaching services.

AI-assisted content

AI-generated text, images, audio, or video elements may appear in books, blogs, podcasts, videos, educational materials, and other resources produced by Bydand Education Ltd. All final content is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human reviewer before publication or distribution.

AI in coaching sessions

During coaching sessions, platforms such as Google Meet may generate automatic transcripts, notes, summaries, or recordings. In addition, AI tools may be used to analyze learner-generated content, including transcripts, written assignments, role-play activities, and other coaching materials.

This information is used solely to:

• Provide accurate and personalized feedback.

• Identify language patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare follow-up assignments, activities, or learning resources.

• Suggest relevant content and learning opportunities between sessions.

AI-generated outputs are reviewed by the coach and are used as support tools rather than as the sole basis for coaching recommendations or learner assessment.

Educational resource development

AI tools may assist in writing, proofreading, editing, translating, formatting, or designing educational resources, including Adéntrate en el episodio documents, Paquetes Pro, Self-Study Lab materials, and other learning resources. All educational materials undergo human review and approval before use or distribution.

Communication and marketing

AI tools may be used to generate ideas, improve readability, optimize search engine visibility (SEO), create metadata, generate image descriptions, and assist with marketing communications. All published content is reviewed and approved by a member of the BE Inglés team.

Analytics and service improvement

Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data, such as website analytics, podcast analytics, video performance metrics, and other audience engagement data, may be analyzed using AI-assisted tools to improve content quality and service delivery. Personal coaching data is not used for marketing analytics.

Data protection

BE Inglés takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of client information. Coaching materials, transcripts, learner submissions, and related educational content may be processed using third-party AI tools as part of the coaching and content-development process.

Client information processed through coaching activities may include identifying information voluntarily provided by learners, such as names, employer information, professional roles, meeting details, written submissions, coaching notes, transcripts, recordings, and other learning materials. Such information is used solely for the delivery of coaching services, the creation of personalized learning resources, administrative purposes, and related educational activities.

Where available and appropriate, privacy settings and data controls are used to limit the use of client information for model training and service improvement by third-party providers. Client information is processed only for legitimate educational, coaching, administrative, or operational purposes and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Human oversight

AI tools are used to assist, not replace, professional judgment. Final decisions regarding coaching recommendations, feedback, learning plans, educational content, and client communications remain the responsibility of Bydand Education Ltd.

By registering for coaching sessions, courses, or other services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Registration and Payment

Clients must complete the registration process and pay applicable fees before services begin.

Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods available on our website or through our scheduling platform.

Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Use of Services

BE Inglés services are designed to improve professional English communication.

Clients are expected to participate actively in sessions and complete any recommended learning activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client’s behavior disrupts sessions or violates these Terms.

4. Corporate Engagements

For corporate clients, the purchasing organization is responsible for coordinating participation of its employees or representatives in scheduled sessions or programs.

Where applicable, BE Inglés may provide progress updates or general feedback regarding participation and learning outcomes.

The structure, scope, reporting arrangements, and payment terms of corporate engagements may be defined in separate written agreements between BE Inglés and the corporate client.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

BE Inglés shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Ontario, Canada where Bydand Education Ltd. is registered.

Cancelaciones

Booking, Punctuality, and Cancellation Policy

At BE Inglés, we understand that flexibility is important. At the same time, we respect the time of our instructors and clients. The following policy helps ensure that sessions run smoothly and that everyone receives the best possible learning experience.

Booking Sessions

All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the booking system.

Session availability depends on the instructor’s calendar. While we do our best to accommodate preferred times, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions as early as possible to secure their preferred time.

Cancellations with at Least 12 Hours’ Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled once, subject to instructor availability.

Rescheduled sessions should normally take place within the following week whenever possible.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If a session is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, or if the client does not attend the session, the session will be considered used and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

If a client does not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show.

In these cases, the session will count as completed.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

We recommend joining the session on time and being ready to begin promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If an extraordinary circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible arrangements.
